Robinson Sotheby’s International Realty recently opened a second Real Estate office in historic downtown Montgomery at 9429 Montgomery Road. The new office is located in a charming historic building that is over a century old. Agent Connie Ryan Greene and her husband, Mark, volunteered to manage the renovation process. Needless to say, the building required major redesign and many months of hard work. The transformation is absolutely stunning and is a great reflection of the quality of the people and company.  Michael DeFallco, Director of Sales and Operations, summed it up best when he described the makeover as turning a historic salt box into a Sotheby's jewel box. The office officially opened April 27 with a lively ribbon cutting ceremony on a beautiful spring day. Cutting the ribbon were honored guests Denise Driehaus, (Hamilton County Commissioner), Chris Dobrozsi, (Mayor of Montgomery), Rob Portman, (Senator of Ohio), Lee Robinson, and Geoffrey Hill, (Vice President, Sotheby’s International Realty) [pictured above from L to R]. Also attending were Lee’s wife, Anne, son Louie, and mother, Alis, who, at 94 is as healthy as can be and is still driving!

However, it's important to note that the original office at 2724 Observatory Avenue continues to operate as normal, just a bit busier with new agents and support staff. The increasing number of agents is one reason for opening the additional office.
